This memorial scholarship is generally awarded to a student from an underserved or underrepresented community pursuing a graduate or professional degree in the law, social advocacy, or a justice-related field. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated advocacy or support for justice and equality in minority communities. 

 

Sullivan was a hard-working and outgoing family man. He had an infectious laugh and was considered loyal and reliable by those closest to him. Sullivan tragically lost his life to gun violence. Justice was never served in his case. We hope to honor his memory by supporting those working to advocate for and protect members from minority communities from injustice.
